Jewelice does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details

7 Days Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with our jewelry. 

If within 7 days after receiving of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, return it for a refund of the purchase price. This excludes items created in Platinum. For returns on Platinum items, 30% of the purchase price will be charged. Your money will be refund excluded shipping and handling charges. 

After that if you’ll find out some problems occur, please contact us. We will fix it one time for free and send your item back to you.

On all custom order returns or cancellations 30% of the purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee.

Please email or contact us to pre-authorize your return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

We do not cover the cost of shipping and handling for return merchandise. 
Shipping charges for returning merchandise is the customer’s responsibility.

To return items for refund simply write your request on the invoice and ship the item(s) back to address shown on invoice.

In keeping from our experience, items will be inspected and identified.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds. This includes rings purchased as a semi mount without the center stone which has been taken to a 3rd party jeweler to set your own stone. 

We will not accept returns for refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way.

All sold items are not exchangeable. 

Items returned after 7 days are not entitled to full refunds.
